Ingredients used in Apple Rings
• Apples, sliced in rings, - 24 oz.
• Flour, - 125 grams.
• Yeast, - 4 grams.
• Butter melted - 15 grams.
• Sugar - 5 grams.
• Oil - to fry.
• Lemon juice, - 150 ml.
• Icing sugar, - 50 grams.
• Yoghurt, - 100 grams.
• Whipped cream - 250 grams.
  1. To prepare the apple jalebi: Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and melted butter, adding water as required, to make a batter.
  2. Let it rest for 5 mins. Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the apple rings / slices in the batter and deep fry.
  3. Keep aside. To prepare the parfait: Add the icing sugar to the lemon juice and mix with the yoghurt.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream.
