Ingredients used in Arbi fry
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Chilli pdr - 1 to taste.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Arbi ( taro root) - 1 lbs.
Method:
  1. boil arbi till they well cooked , drain and cool peel them and cut into thin roundels fry in medium hot oil till golden brown and crisp sprinkle fried curry leaves , chilli pdr and salt , toss serve crispy with many foods as accompaniment or just eat it like chips.

Hi, I tried this recipe.But after boiling the chama gadda its so sticky and i cudn't fry this in oil. I din't get this.

you boiled little too much , just boil and drain the water away when hot so it dosen't absorb water

I like most of ur recipies...but my only concern is the amount of oil u use for everything...it scares me off!..please reduce the oil usage in ur recipies!
