Ingredients used in AVOCADO OAT ROTI
• Oat flour (grind oats into a coarse powder) - 1 cup.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
Method:
Peel the avocado and and in a mixer grind avocado, green chillies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt, and cilantro into a fine paste. In a mixing boil add wheat and oat flour and ground avocado paste and olive oil and knead into a soft dough. Add water if required. Allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes. Make small balls and roll into a 5-6 rounds. Heat the griddle or tawa and fry on both sides without using oil. Rotis are ready to serve .!
