Ingredients used in Baby Corn Pakodas
• Baby corns - 10 numbers.
• Allpurpose flour(maida) - 5 tablespoons.
• Cornflour - 5 tablespoons.
• Ginger - 1 oz.
• Garlic pods - 4-6 numbers.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
1)Cut the baby corns lengthwise into two and keep aside.

2)Grind together the green chillies and ginger into a fine paste.

3)Mix together the maida, cornflour, salt, the masala paste and the chopped coriander and form a smooth pakoda like batter by adding enough water.

4)Dip each baby corn in the batter and fry in hot oil, till crisp and golden.

:- Serve hot.

you have garlic in the ingredient list and not used in the directions. you have green chillies in directions but it is not on the ingredient list. nothing like a recipe that is not proofed before posting.
