Ingredients used in BAJRA FLOUR BISCUITS
• Jaggery - 250 grams.
• Millet flour - 500 grams.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
Method:

1. Take some water in pan, add jaggery and keep it aside so that it melts. 2. Then add some sesame seeds in millet flour, with the help of jaggery water make a dough of it. 3. Now roll them like roti in big size and cook it on pan. 4. Take a small round lid and cut them with help of it and deep fry it in hot oil. 5. Taste it after cooling and dish is now ready to serve.
