Ingredients used in baked cabbage
• Grated cabbage - 3 cup.
• Gram flour - 1.1/2 cup.
• Water - 1.1/2 cup.
• Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2-3 cup.
• Grated coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander - 2 teaspoons.
• Soda - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 2 teaspoons.

1. mix all ingerdients, except till seeds together with an egg beater.

2. put in a greased mediem sized shallow baking dish to get 3/4 thick layer sprinkle some til sesame seeds on top

3. bake at for 60 minutes till it turen brownish. cheak with a knife to see if it is done

4. leave aside to cool. cut into #39;#39;1#39;#39;squares only after it cool down.

5. serve at room temperature or warm in a miccrowave to serve.
