Ingredients used in Banana Bread
• Ripe bananas, crushed - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Eggs beaten - 2 numbers.
• Parve margarine - 1/2 cup.
• Flour - 1 3/4 cup.
• Soda - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Chopped walnuts - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Cream sugar and margarine. Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder together 3 times. Add bananas and flour mixture to the margarine and sugar mixture. Beat well. Fold in the beaten eggs and nuts. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
