Ingredients used in Banana Curd Salad
• Moong dal (soaked) - 3/4 cup.
• Fresh shredded coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Banana - 2-3 numbers.
• Curd - 500 ml.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
Method:
first soak moongdal for half-hour before preparing this. Take bananas cut into circles.Add shredded coconut ,sugar and soaked moongdal to slightly beaten curd. mix them very well and keep it in refrigerator for half an hour and sever it.
