Ingredients used in Banana Cutlets
• Asafetida - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Breadcrumbs - 1-1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Each mustard and cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Amchur - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Beet root boiled and finely chopped - 1/4 cup.
• Each mint leaves and coriander leaves finely chopped - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies finely chopped - 4-5 numbers.
• Ginger grated - 1 piece.
• Fresh peas boiled - 1/4 cup.
• Raw bananas - 6 numbers.
Method:
Steam whole bananas with skins,till soft.Remove skins.Mash while still hot.And keep aside.Heat 2tbsp.Oil in a pan,add seeds,allow to splutter.Add asafoetida,mint,coriander,chillies,ginger,amchur,peas and beet root.Mix this well with the mashed bananas.Add salt and other spices as well.Heat oil in a pan.shape the cutlets with the mixture,roll them in the bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.drain and serve hot with green chutney or tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.

hi We get bananas to home and in that few go wast coz they get over riped .I would like to know if there is any way i could use it in any recipe. Waiting for a veg recipe with riped banana Shakku
