Ingredients used in Banana Dosai
• Banana - 4 numbers.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Maida - 3/4 cup.
• Cashewnuts/raisins (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Ghee - as required.
Method:
  • Take a banana peel and mash the banana in a bowl, by adding raisins, almonds, rice flour, maida, sugar mix well and add cardamom powder mix again.
  • Can you grill or in the pan, take a tsp and put as a small dumpling, cook in ever slow flame.
  • Cook till the banana becomes brown in colour add little ghee.
