Banana Fritters
Author : Vahchef
Main Ingredient : Banana
Servings : 0 persons
Published date : November 02, 2016

Ingredients used in Banana Fritters
• Maida - 2 tablespoons.
• Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Ripe bananas - 6 numbers.
• Cinnamon powder or nutmeg powder - pinch.
Method:
Mash the bananas, stir in the milk and the eggs. Do not over mix. Add enough sugar to taste (sugar depends on the sweetness of the bananas as well as how sweet you want) Then add enough maid to make a thick batter - about 2 tblsp. And add the baking powder and spice powder. Do not over mix the mixture or make it too thin. Now let the mixture stand for 1/2 hr. Heat ghee, butter or oil in a pan and pour spoonful of batter for each fritter. Fry till brown on both sides.
