Ingredients used in banana raita
• Bananas - 4 numbers.
• Yoghurt - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.

Peel the bananas and slice them, chop the coriander leaves and green chillies also. Now in the grinder put the bananas, chopped corainder leaves, green chillies and yoghurt and salt, and grind to a paste. Your raita is ready to eat.

Banana in the blender ???That will be a smoothie & not a raita!!!!!

the proportion of 1/2 cup yogurt to 4 chopped bananas seems disproportionate. I have not made this particular raita, but I imagine I would up the yogurt component to double or triple. Will try it this way first.
