Ingredients used in BANANA SNACKS
• Banana - 4 numbers.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

1. Peel the banana and cut into thick long slices. 2. Dissolve baking soda in ¾ cup of water. 3. In a bowl add all purpose flour, rice flour, salt, sugar, coconut, sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. 4. Add baking soda water, little water and mix thoroughly like the bajji batter. 5. Heat oil in a pan. 6. Dip the banana slice in the batter and deep fry in hot oil. 7. Now the banana snack is ready to serve.
