Ingredients used in BAREDA RICE
• Mustard seeds - .
• Oil - .
• Cumin seeds - .
• Salt - .
• Onions - .
• Chilly powder - .
• Rice - .
• Toor dal - .
• Moong dal - .
• Chana dal - 1 cup.
• Dry chilly - .
• Curry leaves - .
• Coriander leaves - .

?»ãÆ?£Chana dal 1 cup, Moong dal 1 2 cup, Toor dal 1 2 cup, Daniya 1 tbsp,Jeera,Dry mirchi. grind it coarsely. ?»ãÆ?£In that powder add oil,mirchi powder,salt, turmeric. mix well.add litile water and make littile balls ?»ãÆ?£Boil littile water, in that add those balls and cook it for 15 min. ?»ãÆ?£Now remove them from water, ?»ãÆ?£In pan add oil,jeera, mustard, dry mirchi,curry leaves,onions fry for some time then add those balls and fry for time. ?»ãÆ?£Finally smash the balls or cut into small pieces,add these balls to boiled rice. ?»ãÆ?£Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
