Ingredients used in BAVARIAN CHOPS
• Boneless pork loin chops - 4 numbers.
• Butter - 1 teaspoons.
• Chopped green onions - 1/2 cup.
• Minced garlic - 2 clove.
• Mushrooms - 1/2 slice.
• Thyme - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Warm beer - 8 oz.
• Flour - .
Method:
Lightly flour 4 chops. Melt butter on medium high heat and quickly brown chops on both sides. Remove. Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms and thyme.

Return chops to skillet. Add beer, bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
