Ingredients used in Bean curry
• Beans, cut into pieces - 450 grams.
• Onion, sliced - 1 numbers.
• Green chilies - 2 numbers.
• Garlic, crushed - 1 clove.
• Curry leaves - 5-6 numbers.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Raw curry powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/.4 teaspoons.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Lime juice and salt - to taste.
Method:
1.Heat oil in a saucepan.
2.Add onions, green chilies, garlic and curry leaves.
3.Fry until the onions are golden brown.
4.Add the curry powder, salt, turmeric and fenugreek seeds.
5.Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.
6.Add the cut beans and mix well until beans are well coated with the curry powder mix.
7.Reduce heat and allow the beans to cook.
8.Add the coconut milk (or fresh milk) and allow tho simmer for a few more minutes.
9.Add a dash of lime juice.
10.Taste and adjust salt
