Ingredients used in Beans Foogath
• French beans chopped into fine circles - 500 grams.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Green chillies chopped fine - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves washed and dried on paper towels - 6-8 numbers.
• Onion chopped fine - 1 large.
• Fresh grated coconut - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

Heat the oil in a shallow pan and add mustard seeds. When they stop spluttering add the curry leaves and green chillies and sauteacute; a little.
Now add the onion and fry till it turns soft.
Add the green beans, salt to taste and cook till they are done.
Add the grated coconut and mix well.
Cook for another minute and then turn off the flame.
Serve hot with rice or chapatis
