Ingredients used in BEEF AND PEPPERS
• Beef, cut for fondue - 1 lbs.
• Env. dry onion soup mix - 1 numbers.
• Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons.
• Garlic, minced - 1 clove.
• Flour - 3 teaspoons.
• Peppers (1 green, 1 red), cut into 1" squares - 2 numbers.
• Ribs celery, cut into 1/2" slices - 3 numbers.
• Green onions, cut into 1/2" slices - 8 numbers.
• Water - 3/4 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 teaspoons.
In medium bowl, combine beef with onion soup, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, garlic and 1 teaspoon flour. Marinate 20 minutes.

In large skillet, heat remaining oil and cook peppers and celery over high heat, stirring frequently for 3 minutes. Add green onions and cook 2 minutes. Remove from pan. Add beef to skillet and cook 3 minutes.

In small bowl, mix remaining soy sauce and flour with water and sugar. Add to skillet with vegetables and simmer 3 minutes
