Ingredients used in Beerakaya curry
• jeera 1/2 Teaspoons.
• garlic 7-8 Clove.
• oil 1 Tablespoons.
• beerakaya(sweet ) 1000 Grams.
• red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons.
• sugar 1/2 Teaspoons.
• Salt To Taste.
How to make the recipe:
Wash and peel beerakaya make long 2 inchec pieces.

Put one kadai on gas add oil add jeera let it sputter add garlic .

Add the beerakaya pieces keep one lid for some time .Now add salt cook till all water evaporates and the pieces becomes tender.

Now add the chilli powder mix well if you want add the milk if you want.Goes well with roti as well as rice.
