Ingredients used in Beerakaya curry
• Jeera - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 7-8 clove.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Beerakaya(sweet ) - 1000 grams.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Wash and peel beerakaya make long 2 inchec pieces.

Put one kadai on gas add oil add jeera let it sputter add garlic .

Add the beerakaya pieces keep one lid for some time .Now add salt cook till all water evaporates and the pieces becomes tender.

Now add the chilli powder mix well if you want add the milk if you want.Goes well with roti as well as rice.

hi heat oil add zera,onion, ginger garlic paste , birakaya turmeric , red chill powder, salt . add washed dal mix it.put little water cuk it.put coriander, curry leaves, green chili.cuk 4 some time.serve it wow i like it. my mouth waters

I logged into your site for the first time and looked at Andhra Section for Beerakaya Tomato * Beerakaya Senagapappu kura with shredded cocunut ( kobbari turum), I am unable to find them . Please help me on that.
