Ingredients used in BEERAKAYA DOSA
• Ridge gourd - 1 number.
• Black gram - 1/2 cup.
• Semolina - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger - 1 clove.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1.Take off the peel from ridge gourd and cut into small pieces. 2.Soak the ridge gourd and black gram in water for 4 hours and strain the water from it. 3.In blender blend the soaked ridge gourd, black gram, cumin seeds, ginger, salt and make a thick dosa batter. 4.Now add curry leaves, all purpose flour, semolina in dosa batter and mix it. 5.Place a nonstick pan on stove and pour one full ladle of batter on it and spread it gently and fry both the sides. 6.Tasty Beerakaya dosa is ready to taste.
