BEET BOURGUIGNON WITH KIDNEY BEANS

Ingredients used in BEET BOURGUIGNON WITH KIDNEY BEANS
• Onion(slices) - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 5 numbers.
• Butter - 2 0.
• Carrot(cubes) - 1 number.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper corns - ½ tea spoon.
• Bayleaf - 1 number.
• Tomato(chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Beetroot(cubes) - ½ cup.
• Kidney beans(soaked) - ½ cup.
• Soya chunks - ½ cup.
• Mixed herbs - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red wine - 1 tablespoon.
• Shallots - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onions green(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic(chopped) - ½ tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan and add onion, garlic, butter and saute it.
  • To it add carrot, all-purpose flour, pepper, bay leaf and saute it.
  • Add tomato, beetroot, water, soaked kidney beans, soya chunks, mixed herbs, red wine, shallots and mix it.
  • Place lid and cook for 20 minutes, add coriander leaves and mix it.
  • At last transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with spring onions.

Now beet bourguignon with kidney beans is ready to serve.
