Ingredients used in Beet Koshimbir- Maharashtrian style
• Green chilli - .
• Coriander - 1 numbers.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Beet - 1 numbers.
• Salt to taste - .
1)Take a Mediun sized Beetroot ..Wash thoroughly amp; then peel .... Grate in a bowl. 2) Chop the Onion, coriander amp; Chilli 3) Now mix the beet , onion amp; chilli and fold in the Curd ( Dahi) and add salt .let it sit in the freeze for around 20-25 minutes. 4)Ganish with Coriander 4) And yummy Beet koshimbir is ready to serve to veg or non veg or even with snacks!!!!
