Ingredients used in beetroot-amla chutni
• Lasoon - 4 clove.
• Rai,jeera,udaddal each 10 grams - 10 grams.
• Nondried red chillies ( pandu mirapa kayalu) - 5 numbers.
• Amla (pickle usarika in telugu language -ap) - 10 numbers.
• Beetroot - 1/4 lbs.
• Kariyapatta - 10 ml.
cut amla and remove seeds mix required salt,haldi keep as side for four days. cut the beet root into small pieces and cook them with 2 spoons of oil for 10 mts. cut the red chillies into pieces grind the amls,beet root pieces,red chilles and salt (salt for beetroot and red chillies) as smooth paste give thadaka with rai,jeera,udaddal,lasoon,kariyapatta with 2 spoons ghee. soft
