Ingredients used in Benne Biscuit
• Maida - 200 grams.
• Butter or ghee - 100 grams.
• Powdered sugar - 100 grams.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Fresh thick curds - 1 teaspoons.
• Soda bi-carb - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Saffron powdered - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Milk - 1 teaspoons.
    1. Sieve the flour.
    2. Cream the ghee/butter and sugar very well until they are creamy.
    3. Add the spice powders and cream again.
    4. Dissolve the saffron in milk.
    5. To the creamed mixture, add curds, soda bi-carb, and prepared saffron milk mixture. Mix well.
    6. Add the flour and knead well. form small rounds with the dough.
    8. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and bake in oven at 300 F for 25-30 minutes.
