Ingredients used in Besan Parathas
• Asafoetida - 3-4 pinch.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Gram flour - 1/2 cup.
• Oil or ghee to shallow fry - 1 to fry.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander finely chopped (towel dried) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
  1. Mix the gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, cumin seeds, corriander
  1. Take a lump of dough as pernbsp;
  2. Roll, spread oil on the chapati.
  3. Sprinkle some filling over it.
  4. Tightly roll into a swissroll.
  5. Form an overlapping spiral.
  6. Press and reroll to full size.
  7. Shallow fry and serve hot with curds and pickle.
