Ingredients used in Besan Sooji Dosa
• Sooji rawa - 1 cup.
• Besan - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soda - 1 tea spoon.
• Buttermilk - 1 cup.
• Green chilies(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Capsicum(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Beans(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take sooji rava in a bowl and add besan, salt, soda, buttermilk and mix it properly to make dosa batter.
  • For topping take green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cumin seeds, onions, beans, tomatoes, fresh garam masala, salt in a bowl and mix it.
  • On a hot pan put a ladleful of batter and spread it gently.
  • Now top it up with the mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame.
  • Add oil on it and just press it to cook.
  • After 2-3 minutes slowly turn it to other side and cook for just 1 minute.
  • Take it in a plate and enjoy your dosa hot.
