BESAN SOOJI LADDU

Ingredients used in BESAN SOOJI LADDU
• Ghee - 1/2 cup.
• Chickpea flour - 1 cup.
• Semolina - 1 tablespoon.
• Cardamom powder - 2 pinch.
• Sugar powder - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nut - 6 numbers.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add chickpea flour, keep stirring while adding semolina until no lumps are formed.
  • When it is cooked switch off flame, add cardamom powder, sugar powder mix nicely, take small dumpling and make round laddu, garnish with cashew nut.

Now sweet laddu are ready to serve.

The roasting of Gram Flour on slow flame is very important, guess you missed that point. You need to let the mixture cool down slightly (though you said it but dnt demonstrate it) than make the ladoos. Hence your Ladoos look out of shape.?
