Ingredients used in Bhonda
• Urad dhall - 2 cup.
• Pepper coarsely powdered - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Coconut finely chopped - 2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves a few - to taste.
• Hing a small - to taste.
• Salt - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Cooking oil - to fry.
Soak urad dhall in water for half an hour.nbsp; Wet grind urad dhall,
green chilles, and salt finely. Add pepper, hing , coconut,
and curry leaves to this.nbsp; Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
