Ingredients used in BISHOPS MEAT LOAF
• Bread, crumbled - 6 slice.
• Chopped onions - 1 cup.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
• Applesauce - 1 cup.
• Chopped green pepper - 1 cup.
• Top of the round ground beef - 2 lbs.
• Garlic, chopped - 1 clove.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Parsley - .
• Flour - .
Method:
Put meat in bowl, add onions, bread, green pepper, garlic, applesauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Add egg and mix well. Form into loaf and flour well. Oil pan and place loaf in pan. Add catsup on top of loaf. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, uncovering for last 15 minutes
