Ingredients used in bisibela bath
• Bengalgram dhal - 1 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - 4 teaspoons.
• Red chillies - 8 numbers.
• Clove - 2 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 2 numbers.
• Small onions & tomatoes - 1 cup.
• Carrot,beans,brinjal,peas,pumpkin(cubed) - 1 cup.
• Redgram dhal - 1 cup.
• Raw rice - 1 & 1/2 cup.
• Fenugreek seeds - little pinch.
• Coconut scrapings - 3/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind - .

Pressure cook both rice amp; dhal together along with salt amp; turmeric..Heat one 2 tsp of oil in a pan.Fry the ingredients(from Cinnamon to fenugreekseeds) one by one amp; finally fry the grated coconut.Allow it to cool amp; then grind everything together finely.Keep it aside.Heat oil in a kadai add small onions amp;saute.Add chopped tomatos,followed by all the chopped vegetables.Then add the ground mixture,salt amp;saute for few minutes .Add water amp; allow the vegs to cook.After the vegs are cookod add tamarind pulp amp; cook for few more minutes. Then transfer this into already cooked rice-dhal mixture and stir it nicely.Add little coconut oil and curryleaves.Serve hot.
