Ingredients used in bitter melon curry
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Cilantro - 20 leaf.
• Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chill[dry] - 8 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 10 leaf.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Shallots - 15 numbers.
• Bitter melon - 4 numbers.
• Grated cocunut - 1 tablespoons.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Tamarind juice - 1 cup.
• Green chillis - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
masala: dry roast chill,jeera amp; dhania and powder it. 1. cut bitter melon[small size],shallots,tomato into pieces.. 2.feet coconut and masala 3.put oil in kadai hot with mustard,urad,fenugreek,turmeric,asetifodia amp; curryleaves... 4.after sparkle a minitue add bitter melon,shallots,green chill and tomato to deep fry it with lilttle salt.. 5.after 5 mins..add the masala texture and tamarind juice amp; few of cilantro 6.bring it to boil for another 7 mins . 7.serve hot with rice and pappad
