Ingredients used in bitterguard crispy
• Salt to taste - .
• Hing powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Whole wheat powder - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Bitterguard(medium size tender) - 5 numbers.
• Rice powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Refind oil to deep fry - .
Method:

Take the bitterguards, wash it and cut into very thin slices. No need of removing the seeds. Take the slices in a bowl and add all other incredients except the oil. Dont add water. Mix the incredients with bitter guard and keep aside for 5 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the bittergurads until crispy. Dont burn it to dark brow.
