Ingredients used in Blintz Casserole
• Frozen blintzes - 12 numbers.
• Melted butter - 1/2 cup.
• Sour cream - 2 cup.
• Eggs - 5 numbers.
• Sugar - 1/4 cup.
• Vanilla - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cinnamon - to taste.
Method:
Melt butter in casserole dish. Dip blintzes in so butter is on both sides of blintz. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon and pour over blintzes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
