BOMBAY RAVA ROTI

Ingredients used in BOMBAY RAVA ROTI
• Sooji rava - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Carrot - 2 no.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • In a blender add sooji rava and make it into a powder.
  • Heat water in a pan, once it comes to boil add salt, then add grated carrot, sooji powder, mix it well and cook it with closed lid on slow flame.
  • Transfer this into a bowl and add all purpose flour, mix it well.
  • Divide the dough into small roundels and dust it in flour and roll into small roti.
  • Heat tava and cook the small roti's using oil on both sides. Serve this with any chutney.
