Ingredients used in Boondhi curry
• Salt and chilli powder - according to taste to taste.
• Palli and cashew nuts - as needed to taste.
• Garam masala - half tablespoons.
• Chillis - 8 to taste.
• Onions - big 1 large.
• Boondhi - 4 cup.
• Water - 2 to 21/2 cup.
Method:
Pour Oli in to Pan....add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,chillis,curryleaves,peanuts,cashew nuts,when they r fried add onions in to it soon after onions got changed little golden color then add salt and chilli powder add then add water...when water get boiled add enough masala power and add bundhi in to the water just boiled for 2 min and switch of the stove add coriander in the last *Add enough water that bundhi should not get smashed...
