Ingredients of Boti Kebab

Ingredient Name Quantity Unit
Meat (lamb or goat)  200 Grams
Ginger  2 Numbers
Garlic  5 Numbers
Red Chili Powder  5 Teaspoons
curd  1/2 Cup
onion  1 Large
Coriander powder  1 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder  1/2 Teaspoons
Cumin seed powder  1/2 Teaspoons
Cloves  6 Numbers
Salt   To Taste


Directions
1.Wash the meat and cut into cubes.
2.Grind garlic, ginger, onion, coriander, cumin, red chilli, turmeric powder and curd to make a mixture.
3.Marinate the meat cubes in this mixture for 1 hour.
4.Stick the meat onto skewers.
5.Grill it for 20 minutes.
6.Garnish it with onions.
