Ingredients used in Bread Burji
• Bread (cut into square pieces) - 6 piece.
• Onion(cut into small pieces) - 2 big.
• Green chilli (split into 2 parts) - 1 numbers.
• Capsicum(medium size cut into square pieces) - 1 numbers.
• Egg - 3 numbers.
• Coriander leaves (cut into small pieces) - 1 cup.
• Tomato (cut into small pieces) - 1 large.
• Coconut scrapped - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilli - 2 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Oil - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
1. Take a tawa and add one teaspoon oil and let it the oil get heated up. 2. Mean while, break 2 eggs and put them in a container, add salt and coconut, mix it well .Now pour this into the tawa and make scrambled egg. Once done, transfer it to a plate. 3. Take same tawa and add 2 teaspoon oil, then add Onion,salt and green chilli, let it be there till onion turns light pink shade. Now add tomatoes and let them cook till soft. Always add salt early to make sure that the vegetables retain the color and also it helps to get onions fried immediately. 4. Add capsicum, wait for few minutes and then add coriander leaves. (You can add coriander leaves later too ) 5. Now add Bread pieces and then break the last egg on top of the bread pieces and then stir immediately. This is to make sure that bread gets that egg taste and smell.U can see egg pieces getting coated on bread.Now add the scrambled egg which we kept aside. 6. Now add, salt, little sugar, Garam Masala and Turmeric powder. Let it be there on the tawa for 5 minutes and now done
