Ingredients used in BREAD CAKE
• Stale bread - 2 number.
• Milk - 1/2 cup.
• Custard powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn starch - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Sugar - as required.
• Vanilla essence - 1 tea spoon.
• Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Baking powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg - 2 number.
• Tutti frutti(red and green) - 1/2 cup.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Crush the stale bread, add little water, milk and mix it well ( if required let it rest for 5 minutes).
  • In it, add custard powder, cornstarch, sugar, vanilla essence, cocoa powder, baking powder, eggs, tutti frutti and mix it.
  • Pour above mixture into a baking tray lined with butter paper.
  • Then bake at 180-degree centigrade for 40 minutes.
  • Remove the butter paper and dust little-powdered sugar.

Now the bread cake is ready to serve.
