- Cut the edges of the bread and grind to a fine powder.
- In a large bowl, add earlier prepared bread powder, all-purpose flour, a little salt, semolina mix it. Then add yogurt, water and make the poori dough. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Take the dough and divide it into equal portions. Roll the poori using a rolling pin.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the puri’s and transfer it into a paper towel.
Now the puffed puri’s are ready to serve hot with any curry.
