Ingredients used in Brocolli Mushroom fry and soup
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Corriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Mushroom - 250 grams.
• Brocolli - 250 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Turmeric - 1 0.
Method:
  • Cut broccoli into medium pieces and each mushroom into four pieces.
  • Take a container with 750ml of water+brocolli+mushrooms+salt for 15 mins in medium flame. By this time, the broccoli will be cooked.
  • Drain the liquid from the mixture into a bowl. This liquid can be served as a soup.
  • It's taste good with juicy mushroom flavor and the meat of broccoli. Optionally pepper powder can be added.
  • Now, in a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds. Once they start spluttering, add onions and sauteacute; until golden brown. Then add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, salt (little) and saute for few mins.
  • Then add the broccoli and mushrooms from the container into the pan and fry for 5 mins on medium flame.
