Ingredients used in Brussel Sprouts Fry
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 3 pinch.
• Mustard seeds - 3 pinch.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Brussel sprouts medium size - 8 numbers.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt to taste - .
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Chana dal powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 2 pinch.
Method:
Cut onion into length-wise thin slices. Microwave cut onion for 2mins. Make a lenth-wise slit for brussel sprouts and microwave for 6mins(make sure it doesn t burn. for some microwaves 5mins is sufficient). take a pan, put some oil. when the oil gets heated, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds. let them crackle. Then put the microwaved onion and saute just until they turn light brown. Now add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Now add the microwaved brussel sprouts and mix well. fry for 2mins and add chana dal powder, cumin powder, coconut powder. mix well and fry for 1min and turn off the stove. This is a very quick recipe and is a side dish which goes with rice or biryani. Its good for parties too.

I tried this recipe, turned out good. I would add potatoes, as only brussel sprouts can get boring.
