BURNT GARLIC AND CAPSICUM FRIED RICE

Ingredients used in BURNT GARLIC AND CAPSICUM FRIED RICE
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Garlic - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Red bell pepper - 1 number.
• Yellow bell pepper - 1 number.
• Green bell pepper - 1 numbers.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Soy sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice(cooked) - 2 cups.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, red chilly paste, onions, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper and saute it.
  • To it, add vinegar, soya sauce, little sugar, tomato ketchup and saute it, later add cooked rice and mix it.
  • Then season it with salt and mix it.

Now burnt garlic and capsicum fried rice is ready to serve.
