Ingredients used in Butternut Squash Soup
• Onion (small) - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 1 numbers.
• Bay leaves - 2 numbers.
• Cream or milk - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Butternut squash - 1 numbers.
• Funnel - 1/2 numbers.
• Chicken stock - 1/2 cup.
Prepare Butternut Squash - 1. Skin, cut and deseed into half, make pieces and set aside. OR 2. Cut into half, deseed and bake in a moderate oven (180C) for 45 mins. Scoop out flesh and sett aside. Heat Butter, Saute onion, funnel, garlic and a pinch of salt. Add Bay Leaves, Butternut Squash, chicken stock, cover and simmer on med until the Squash is cooked. Now add cream or milk, salt amp; pepper. Adjust to soup consistency and Serve.
