Ingredients used in Cabage chutney
• Curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves - 5 leaf.
• Tamarind - 4 piece.
• Coconut powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Sauted and grounded sesame seeds powder - 4 teaspoons.
• Cabbage - 1 small.
• For tadka(popu) - 1 to fry.

First cut cabbage into pieces and saute for 10 mins or untill the cabbage smell goes away. then after cabbage cooling dump it in a blender along with tamarind, salt, sesame powder, coconut powder, chillies, coriander and mint leaves and grind it well. For Popu(tadka):Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, ginger garlic paste little and turmeric. And mix this popu to cabbage mixture.
