Ingredients used in Cabbage and Chickpea Salad
• Dry mint leaves - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt , garlic, pepper - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 2 teaspoons.
• Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons.
• Cide vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cabbage - 5 cup.
• Chick peas - 1 cup.
In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic. To the cabbage add chickpeas and dry mint leaves. Pour the dressing on to the cabbage - chickpea mixture. Toss to coat. Let Stand for 15 minutes before serving. You can make this ahead and store in the refrigerator for upto 1 week.
