Cabbage and Potato Bhujjia

Ingredients used in Cabbage and Potato Bhujjia
• Cabbage - 250 grams.
• Potatoes - 250 grams.
• Onions - 60 grams.
• Fat or oil - 30 grams.
• Cumin/mustard seeds - pinch.
• Green chillies - 5 grams.
• Lime - 1/2 numbers.
• Salt - 10 grams.
Method:

1. Prepare vegetable .

2. Heat fat . Add cumin and sliced onions.

3. When slightly brown ,add prepared vegetables ,green chillies and salt .

4. Add enough water to cook . Cook till soft and dry.

5. Add lime juice and remove .
