Ingredients used in Cabbage Bhujjia
• Cabbage - 450 grams.
• Onions - 55 grams.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime - 1/4 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
• Mustard seeds - pinch.
• Asafoetida - pinch.
• Oil - 30 ml.
Method:

1. Clean ,wash and shred cabbage .

2. Slice onion ;chop green chillies .

3 . Heat oil. Add mustard seeds and when they crackle add asafoe tida .

4. Add onion . Fry lightly . Add cabbage ,spices and salt .

5. Cook on slow fire for about 10 minutes . Add lime juice and coriander leaves .
