Cabbage Cauliflower Daddojanam

Ingredients used in Cabbage Cauliflower Daddojanam
• Walnuts - 1/2 cup.
• Almonds - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Cabbage (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 small.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
  • Dry roast almonds, walnuts, coarsely pestle them and keep aside.
  • Take 2 to 3 cubes of butter in a pan, add chopped cauliflower, cabbage, sprinkle salt, saute for about 5 minutes, turn off the flame, let it cool, add grated carrot, mix well and transfer to a bowl.
  • Now, to the same bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, curd, salt, mix well, transfer to a serving bowl and top it withpestled walnuts and almonds.

Delicious Cabbage Cauliflower Daddojanam is now ready to serve.
