Ingredients used in Cabbage Raita
• Shredded cabbage parboiled - 2 cup.
• Grated coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Plain yoghurt - 2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ghee - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 5-6 numbers.
• Whole red chillies - 2 numbers.
Method:
Mix yogurt, salt, cabbage. Place in a serving bowl. Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves. When seeds splutter, add red chillies. Stir for a few seconds. Pour over the raita. Serve chilled
